The surrounding with its beautiful nature and waterway gives many opportunities to enjoy different kind of hobbies.
In Summer and Autumn
- picking berries and mushrooms
- fishing with spinner, lure or hook (we also rent the fishing equipment to you)
- rowing on the river or hiking in the forest
- taking a bath in floating sauna (20€/night)
In Winter
- ice fishing
- cross country skiing
In a short distance you are able to find hobbies, culture, places of interest.
You can play golf, ride horseback, slalom, visit some galleries and museums or see sport games round the year. You can buy green fee tickets to Niskaportti Golf Course from us.
You can make daily trips to Mustila Arboretum, Repovesi National Park, Verla Mill Museum which is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It is not a far way to Lahti Ski Museum or Sibelius Hall. To Tykkimäki amusement park and Aqua Park is about 30 kilometers drive.
